About the Job
The key responsibility of the Product Localization Owner (Passenger Cars) is to lead and facilitate our passenger car portfolio localization in the French market. Actively coordinate with the product, sales, marketing, and R&D teams in Europe and China. Providing feedback on market, policy, competitor tendency, and expectations from users or partners. Lead and manage localization projects to ensure a smooth product launch and successful deployment.
The EU Product Department aims to create an impactful European NEV portfolio that exceeds user and market expectations. The Product Localization Owner (Passenger Cars) will be a member of the EU Product Department and report directly to the EU Product Manager (Passenger Car) and indirectly to the Country Manager in France (dotted line).
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead the product localization projects in the French market, uncovering the market requirements and consumer insights;
-
Manage product demands from user groups, dealers, and local authorities or associations. Collaborates internally with the product, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to convert the demands into implementations;
-
Manages local product campaigns such as test-drive events and customer clinics;
-
Support product marketing team with the local market, consumer analysis, and competitor benchmarking;
-
Develop and manage the regional product team aligned with local business expansions;
-
Support other local activities (e.g., validation test, product training) at the early stage of (pre-) launches of new passenger car models in Europe.
Requirements
-
BSc or MSc in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field.
-
3 years of experience in the automotive or relevant industry. Background in product and project management will be a plus.

Oral / written proficiency in French and English is mandatory. Chinese or other European languages will be a plus.

Data collection, processing skills, and analytical methodologies to extract and present critical insights.

A global view of the NEV technical path, performance parameters, design, and their perceptual impacts on the UX.

Disciplined, fact-based, and rational approach to problem-solving.

AFTER SALES TECHNICAL MANAGER – Passenger car FRANCE

Responsibilities
Activities will be varied and will include, but are not limited to the following:
Under the responsibility of the France after-sales service manager, the technical manager ensures the link with the Chinese engineers. He will manage the manufacturer’s warranty. He will train dealership technicians. He will manage complaints, technical problems of dealers.

Be the first point of contact of technical issues and provide support to AS Network;

Define and co-ordinate with the Head of Technical & Warranty in HQ the processes and systems to ensure case handling reporting and management;

Collaborate with Engineering department to implement technical training, technical documents and product improvement;

Maintain parts technical information platforms and provide support to warranty department on technical investigations;

Analyse diagnostic and breakdown data for reporting to senior management;

Permanently seek for process improvements;

About the perfect candidate

Degree in Engineering or equivalent；

AFTER SALES FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER FRANCE- Passenger Car

Responsibilities
Activities will be varied and will include, but are not limited to the following:
Under the responsibility of the France After-Sales Service Manager, the Technical Engineer will visit dealerships to provide technical assistance. He will be able to write intervention reports in order to trace the problems identified. He is the direct technical link with the dealers.

Provide technical assistance in case of critical diagnosis in field, and reports it to the NSC;

Share the diagnosis information and give feedback to Quality department to improve the product;

Support of the technical field service organization as well as the technical support departments in the elimination of complex product defects on vehicles, units and components;

Periodic reporting and analyzing all statistic data on technical issues coming from the network;

Analysis and evaluation of incoming technical complaints.

Implementation of technical solutions in workshop-oriented instructions.

About the perfect candidate
